FAQ Skins WinAmp:
If you have Winamp correctly installed, the skins should install themselves automatically when downloading them from this site. To install Winamp skins with a .wsz ending already located on your harddrive, simply doubleclick them in your windows explorer. Older Winamp skins ending with .zip can be installed by simply copying them to your "winamp/skins" directory, which usualy is "C:\Program Files\Winamp\Skins".

By downloading the Yahoo! Messenger application to your computer, you can send instant messages as well as use these features: Voice chat and file transfer Alerts for your stock quotes, Yahoo! Mail messages, and Calendar appointments News, Weather, Stock Quotes, Sports Scores. And so much more...

Unzip the skin to the skins directory under c:\program files\icqplus\skins and it becomes a subdirectory. Then go to ICQ button and select PLUS (+). You will see two drop down boxes, the top one of those chooses the skin, just pick the name and click OK. Your skin is there.
